Please join us for our Annual Awards and Fund-Raising Event
Monday, February 20, 2012
“Dover Straits” 
890 East Route 45, Mundelein
6 PM - Cocktails
(Two adult beverages included - wine or beer)
7 PM - Dinner
Choice of: “Broiled New York Strip Steak,” “Atlantic Salmon Filet,” “Pan-Fried Golden Tilapia Filet,” “Jumbo French Fried Shrimp,” or “Breast of Chicken Marsala.”  Entrees include: cup of soup, tossed green salad, potato, vegetable, ice cream, coffee, hot or iced tea, and bread & butter.
