Postino is an all-day restaurant and wine bar known for its welcoming hospitality, approachable food and wine, and inviting spaces designed to bring people together. Opening in fall 2026 at Mellody Farm, Postino Vernon Hills will be the brand’s first Midwest location, joining the vibrant Lake County community and creating a new gathering place for residents and visitors alike. The 3,708-square-foot restaurant will feature a 900-square-foot patio and Postino’s signature “come-as-you-are” atmosphere, with a menu of bruschetta, paninis, salads, charcuterie boards and shareable plates, alongside more than 20 artisanal wines by the glass, craft beer, cocktails and zero-proof options. From post-work happy hours and lunches to date nights and community gatherings, Postino Vernon Hills is built around its mission to “Make People Feel Good.”
