Sedgebrook is a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Lincolnshire. We offer Independent and Assisted Living as well as Skilled Care on a well situated, beautifully landscaped campus. Our top of the line setting promotes a vibrant, active, and healthy lifestyle.We provide numerous activities and programs to enrich daily living. At the Health Center, we provide post hospitalization care which includes physical, occupational and speech therapies. We are Medicare certified and have two full time physicians on our campus.
