The Parched Pug

About Us

The Parched Pug started with 2 people and their love for good food, beer, games, and dogs, not necessarily in that order. We wanted to create more of a destination vs just another bar or restaurant. We began with the idea of a table top miniature golf ( Nanoputt) and the designing began. But that wasn't going to be enough, so 200 board games were purchased so there would be something for everyone. Next we learned about PourMyBeer and their self pour beverage system and knew we had to have that. The ability to choose from 42 taps and try whatever you want. How cool is that!? It was important to us to support other local businesses, so all beverages on our self pour wall are from local breweries, cideries, and wineries. And of course we needed to have great food to go along with everything else. Finally, we are working with local dog shelters to help them with their missions--our way of saying THANKS to the community (we have 4 rescue dogs ourselves--2 of them pugs).
