Express Employment Professionals of Libertyville is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join the team at their client who is a large distribution company! Work for a company that is customer-focused, eco-conscious, and has been in business for 30+ years.
Job Highlights:
- Temp to Hire
- Pay: $20-$24/hr, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Job Duties:
- Provide customer service support to clients and problem solve
- Provide solutions & ideas to help improve the CS department
- Manage CS agents and assign projects to team
- Hire and train incoming CSRs
- Maintain & document all customer service activities & discussions as needed
- Creating strategy for sales program that will lead to growth (Implement an effective customer loyalty program, Keep track of sales and implement sales goals)
Ideal Candidate:
- Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, highly motivated
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
