NorthStar Rehab + Pain Clinics invites you to join our patient-led support groups—a safe, welcoming space to connect, share, and learn alongside others who truly understand your journey.
Our Support Communities
We offer dedicated sessions tailored to three specific recovery paths:
• Chronic Pain Group: Share coping strategies, treatment strategies, and daily wellness tips.
• Amputee Connection: Discuss mobility adjustments, prosthetic transitions, and reclaiming
your independence.
• Stroke Recovery Circle: Focus on neuro-rehabilitation milestones, motor adaptations, and
emotional resilience.
What to Expect
• Patient-Led Conversations: Talk openly, ask questions, and share triumphs with peers going
through similar experiences.
• Expert Medical Education: Learn directly from our group facilitator, Dr. Anjum Khan,
a Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician with
specialized fellowship training in Interventional Pain and Stroke.
• Gain Expert Insight: Connect with specialists dedicated to answering your health questions
and providing the guidance you need to manage your condition with confidence.
• Lasting Community: Build a reliable network of social and emotional support for your longterm
recovery.
